Computer repair doesn’t have to be expensive; most computer issues are related to the software either installed or placed on them, about 75% of all computer issues or troubles are software. Software issues can include but not limited to Viruses, Spyware or corrupted files. That being said, if all someone has to do is sit at your desk, push some keys on the keyboard, run some utilities, cleanup existing software and finally click the mouse a few times then that shouldn’t cost you a lot of Money. Most software issues can be corrected in 3 hours max; if it takes longer then you will not be charged. (Exception: re-installing the Operating System.) I do make all attempts to recover as much data as possible, BUT sometimes it is just not possible because of corruption on the hard drive, or if you just simply have to much data, Example: 4 gigs of music and 8 gigs of video files is just not practical in the amount of time I have.
